Radishes are known for their cholesterol reduction, blood pressure regulation, liver support & cancer prevention properties. Radishes are rich in vitamin C, sulphur, iron and iodine.

Turnip greens are rich in antioxidants like vitamin A & vitamin C. They also provide protein (1.2g), dietary fiber, folate, calcium, & potassium. In addition, the leafy-tops are an excellent source of vitamin K.
